**Cancellation policy reservation and guarantee reservation:**

We request credit card to guarantee the reservation. Cancellation fees 100% of the 1st night if canceled / modified with less than:

- From 3 days before the date of arrival in season medium / low
- From 5 days before high season.
- From 10 days at promotional rates.
- Nonrefundable Fees: No changes or cancellations allowed. 100% non-refundable rate. Pre-payed at confirmation of the reservation. Check restrictions on the minimum stay.
- Gift voucher bookings must be pre-payed in advanced at the moment of reservation / booking of the gift voucher. You are allowed to change only 1 time the reservation / booking date of the gift voucher without any penalty and if done with more than 5 days in advance of booking date.
- Groups // Banquet Hotel and restaurant groups: down payment of 25% for reservation confirmation. Ask for Cancellations conditions.
- Agencies on-line (see specific conditions under contract agency).
- The Hotel reserves the right to bank cards provided at the time of booking.

* COVID-19: Due to majeure force, cancellations without expenses will be accepted by both parties, duly documented.

Special conditions COVID19

We list a series of measures that we have to take in order to offer you the safest possible stay. It is our obligation to make them known and we need you to accept them in order to confirm the reservation.

- Allow El Convent 1613 to use WhatsApp, SMS or email as a communication channel with you. This measure is to avoid procedures at the reception and provide them with information of their interest, both of the establishment and of the destination.

Complete the Travelers Registration document: at the time of check-in, the staff will scan your documents after disinfecting the equipment and document.

- The hotel door will remain open with reception staff from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., outside these hours the night access / exit door will be indicated, always locked. At the day of your arrival, with the key to your room, the night key will be attached as well, once we give you the key you can enter and leave whenever you want. The key must always remain with you, until the day of your departure. At departure you must leave it in a container that is in the Reception with disinfecting liquid. If during your stay you want us to keep your keys at the reception, they will be disinfected at each delivery and collected by the reception team.

For cleanning & disinfection reasons, the entrance time to the hotel will be from 14:00 to 21:00 (direct hotel clients), and from 15:00 to 21:00 agency clients. The check out will be maximum at 12.00

- Your room will be disinfected with the products recommended by the Public Health Department, the room cleaning hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., If you do not want the cleaning staff to enter the rooms during your stay, you must notify us upon arrival. While the cleaning staff cleans the rooms, they will not be accessible until they finish cleaning / disinfecting.

- You will find a disinfectant gel on one of the pillars of the entrance porch, please disinfect your hands before entering the hotel. In the reception, restaurant, swimming pool and at various points of the hotel you will have gel for hand disinfection.

The space in the Reception and the corridors of the hotel do not allow for the minimun safety distance, PLEASE be a kind and  supportive beings and put on a mask, it is mandatory in all common areas of the Hotel.

- Outdoors, keep a safe distance of 2m from hotel staff and other guests. We have more than 3,000m2 of gardens to enjoy and distance yourself from.

Please respect the capacity of the common spaces. Be patient, we work for your safety, respect shifts and safety distances.

- In the reception, dining room, pool, lounges and at the entrances of all the corridors there is hand sanitizing gel, use it.

Our recreational pool area there are enough square meters for a safty distance between people in the grass / recreation area. Inside  the pool (water area), the maximum capacity will be 4 people in the water, so we ask you not to extend without need the immersion time, so that everyone can enjoy equally. You will have the regulations for their use at the access door to the pool area.

Avoid touching decorative objects, walls and doors.

Book your shift for breakfast upon arrival. For lunches-dinners (check table availability and time shift). The availability of these services will be conditioned by the capacity of the rooms. An attempt will be made to provide, as far as possible, lunch and dinner services in the dining room, fountain patio, garden, as well as in other spaces of the Hotel. ** Always by reservation.

Please use the mask at the entrance and exit of the dining room and disinfect your hands when entering and leaving.

The Aragón Government Health Service proposes that accommodation establishments communicate the following to their guests:

1. During the stay at the HOTEL, all hygiene and / or prevention measures for the transmission of the disease caused by COVID-19 must be observed, and they will be duly informed.

2. In any case, when symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, general discomfort or other symptoms of a suspected case of COVID-19 appear, the people who are in the accommodation must immediately communicate this fact to those responsible for it. The HOTEL will provide for this purpose a channel of contact accessible to customers and that is adjusted to their availability (telephone, email, etc.).

3. Once communication is established, the HOTEL management must contact the health services by telephone using the numbers enabled by the Autonomous Communities. The health services of the Basic Health Zone that correspond to the establishment will issue the appropriate indications.

4. Both the Reference Health Center and the health authorities, if necessary, will contact suspicious persons in order to establish those measures that are relevant to each case and that may include the evacuation to the domicile of origin of the affected person and their cohabitants with the appropriate measures, the recommendation for hospital admission if necessary or the performance of a diagnostic test (PCR) with isolation until the result is known. 

Health security is not incompatible with enjoyment at all. We will be happy to assist you and help you enjoy a pleasant stay, we will give ourselves to it, do not hesitate.
