A return to Valderrobres, visiting its castle and square, iconic of the Matarraña region.
For those who are looking for an adventure and want a longer and more challenging route, we offer a journey of 27km's total to our neighboring town of Valderrobres.Track path between natural landscapes, with magnificent views of the Matarraña region. Walking the path of the Acequia de Arnau in the direction of Valderrobres to the Castle. Descent to the Plaza de Valderrobres and crossing its old and majestic square and old stone bridge.
The return by the same way to go (Acequia de Arnau) until almost reaching the neighboring town of Torre del Compte.
From there we follow the same track going up to La fresneda. This last stretch of ascent a little more demanding.
An excellent route for those who want a longer and more challenging route.
